Canyon Creek Villas is offering a free home for three years.
The contest will continue through next summer. Participants do not need to purchase a home in the condominium complex, which opened its first phase of 52 units last month, according to contest rules published at the sales office.

The company will pay mortgage payments and interest or rent for the winner for three years up to $55,000.
Winners need not be present to win. To enter, print your name, age, address and phone number on a 3-inch-by-5-inch card and mail to Canyon Creek Sweepstakes, 8550 W. Desert Inn Road, Suite 102-292, Las Vegas, Nev. 89117.
"The contest has generated quite a bit of excitement among those who have purchased homes in our first phase, as well as others considering buying a home here," sales agent Marie D'Amico said.
The community is set among 13 acres of a mature landscape of pine and olive trees.
"With our old growth pine trees and community center with its decorative stonework," D'Amico said, ". . . everything the community has to offer makes the idea of owning a home here a very attractive concept."
The condominium project offers two floor plans.
The Willow includes two bedrooms and two baths and is 1,069 square feet with prices starting at $179,000. The Arroyo is 1,206 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths and prices start at $199,900.
"The floor plans we offer are not only large, but they use their square-footage very well, creating a wonderful and functional living space," D'Amico said.
Floor plans come standard with two-toned paint and stainless steel appliances. Traditional appointments such as fireplaces also are available in certain models.
Residents have access to community amenities, which include two heated swimming pools -- one of which includes landscaped rock features -- three Jacuzzis and fitness center.
