The Villas features immediate move-ins

Christopher Homes' The Villas, located in the Southern Highlands Golf Club in the southwestern valley, is offering four homes that can be ready for occupancy within a month, according to sales agent Karen Gaines.

"The homes range from 2,760 to 3,181 square feet and they are built with some of our most popular customizing options including optional second and third levels," she said. "The largest home features our popular third-floor study option, which will give the future owner an incredible view of the Las Vegas Valley."

According to Gaines, the available homes are priced from $800,000, which includes golf-course home-site premiums and all of the structural and design center upgrades.

The neighborhood features seven designs ranging from about 2,100 to more than 3,300 square feet and priced from the high $300,000s to the mid-$800,000s. Lots along cul-de-sacs and with fairway, city and mountain views are available.

Buyers may expand one-story plans to two stories, and the two-story design can be expanded to three stories.

Homes offer courtyards with optional fireplaces, terraces, and optional wine cellars. The community association handles the landscaping of front yards and open space.

The builder is also constructing The Christopher Collection in the guard-gated Southern Highlands Golf Club. This neighborhood offers 15 floor plans that range from 3,000 to more than 6,200 square feet. Prices range from the high $400,000s to more than $1 million.

Buyers at both neighborhoods receive a social membership to the golf club, upon application approval.

Each buyer also receives consultation with the builder's in-house design center.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Drive and go west, following the signs. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
