Seven Hills offers variety of home sites

The Seven Hills community in Henderson offers a variety of custom home sites.

Developed by Silver Canyon Partnership, the community offers lots measuring up to 1 acre and priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Some offer golf course, city and mountain views.

More than 200 custom lots have been sold, and more than 120 custom homes are in various stages of construction.

Each custom neighborhood offers a guarded-gated entry and landscaped areas. In addition, there will be private parks with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Community amenities include four city parks.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, go south to St. Rose Parkway, turn right and then turn south on Seven Hills Drive.

The sales and information pavilion is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
