Siena showcases golf course homes, flexible designs
Siena, a guard-gated, age-qualified community in Summerlin, is showcasing its flexible designs and offering special incentives to those purchasing one of its final golf course home sites. Fewer than 130 golf course home sites remain, vice president of sales Jimmy Jones said. For a limited time, those purchasing a golf course site will receive a golf cart and a tiered-incentive credit package. Credits, based on the home-site premium, may be used at the community's on-site design studio, or for homeowners association dues, special events, personal training, golf lessons or rounds, merchandise at the pro shop, and services at the beauty salon and day spa. "Perfect for entertaining, the inviting floor plans of the Como Collection have an easy flow that carries from room to room. While the homes are stunning by themselves, they can be dramatically accentuated when built on one of the various golf course home sites we currently have available at Siena," Jones said. Plans in the Como Collection include the Como 6110, a two-bedroom, two-bath design measuring 1,656 square feet. It has a den or optional formal dining room, great room with media niche and optional fireplace, island kitchen, laundry room with optional hobby space, covered back patio and two-car garage. It is priced from $252,500. The Como 6120 plan is priced from $272,000. The home has two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,964 square feet. Additional features include a foyer, den or optional formal dining room, covered back patio, and two-car garage. Measuring 2,070 square feet is the Como 6130 design. It features two bedrooms, a den or optional third bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, and laundry room or hobby space. The home is priced from $285,500. Also measuring 2,070 square feet is the Como 6140 plan, which is priced from $288,500. The two-bedroom home has a den or optional third bedroom, great room with an optional fireplace and media niche, island kitchen, and laundry or hobby room. The largest offering, Como 6150, is priced from $294,500. The 2,156-square-foot home comes with two bedrooms, a den or third bedroom, and two baths. Additional features include a living room with media niche or optional fireplace and a covered back patio. A total of 18 single-story floor plans ranging from 1,040 to nearly 3,200 square feet are available in six collections. Homes are priced from the $160,000s to the $420,000s, plus home-site premiums. Each plan offers customizing opportunities, including selected plans with courtyard fireplaces and casitas. A 39,000-square-foot community center is nearing completion and will serve as the site for social events, club meetings and classes. Additional amenities include a health and fitness center and an 18-hole, par-72 golf course. The course is open to players of all ages, however, residents receive preferred rates and tee times. To visit, take Sahara Avenue or Interstate 215 to Town Center Drive, and go south to Siena Monte Avenue. The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
