D.R. Horton unveils Old Vegas Ranch

D.R. Horton has introduced Old Vegas Ranch in Henderson, where homes are available for immediate occupancy.

Comprised of five neighborhoods, the community features homes with city and mountain views. Amenities include a guard-gated entry, swimming pool, skate park, water features and walking trails.

Floor plans range from 1,114 to 2,200 square feet, and prices start from the low $120,000s.

"The incredible value appeals to a wide variety of people," said Carla Hubay, sales agent at the First Light neighborhood. "I like to describe the community as `city close and country quiet.'"

To visit the neighborhood, take Interstate 515 to Wagon Wheel Drive and exit east. Turn right onto Old Vegas Trail and follow the signs.

Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
