Custom lots available in Seven Hills

Only a few custom-home sites are available at Seven Hills in Henderson during the final phase, including some of the finest lots in the community, according to sales executive Beth Naef.

"People seeking the perfect location for their dream home will not be disappointed when they visit Seven Hills," Naef said. "Among our last home sites are several that offer wonderful golf course views, as well as city and mountain vistas."

Naef said custom-home sites are priced from the $300,000s to $1 million and most are located in guard-gated neighborhoods.

Amenities include landscaped open areas, a private view park, a private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

About one-third of the community is devoted to open space, including several neighborhood and four city parks. They offer basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds.

To visit the sales and information pavilion, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
