Beazer builds two projects in Southern Highlands
Beazer Homes recently announced the opening of two new neighborhoods, Collina and Valla, at the Mediterranean-themed Toscana Vineyards, a village within the The Villages at Southern Highlands in the southwestern valley. Both neighborhoods are open for presales; models will be completed by October. "We are thrilled to introduce these communities and offer new models," marketing director Michelle Woodruff said. "Each floor plan has a unique design, intended to meet all the needs of our buyers." Valla, which offers 157 home sites, features six floor plans, ranging from 1,100 to 2,036 square feet. Features include oak cabinets and separate tubs and showers in the master baths and raised-panel interior doors. Prices start in the $130,000s. Collina offers four single-and two-story floor plans, ranging from 2,314 to 3,472 square feet. The 91-home neighborhood will offer guest casitas, enclosed courtyards, granite kitchen counter tops, and built-in appliances. Prices start in the $240,000s. All of the homes are Energy Star-certified, which means they are 30 percent more energy efficient than a standard home. More than 20 builders are active at The Villages, where homes are priced from the $130,000s to the $400,000s. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Drive and go west, following the signs. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
