Cheyenne homes generate positive energy flow
Cheyenne homes in Pardee Homes' Shadow Mountain Ranch community in the southwestern valley are designed with good "chi" (energy) by feng shui standards, according to sales executive Rob Tuvell. "These homes not only allow for the positive flow of energy, they are also Energy Star homes that save energy," he said. Tuvell said that according to an informal reading by a local feng shui master, the homes' open designs allow a favorable flow of chi throughout the interiors, and the entries all open to spacious areas allowing abundance to enter. Homes in the community's Cheyenne and Montana neighborhoods have earned the Energy Star designation from the Environmental Protection Agency for exceeding national energy-efficiency standards by at least 30 percent. Cheyenne offers four one- and two-story floor plans that feature family rooms, island kitchens and master suites. The homes include as many as four bedrooms and three baths with bonus rooms and two- or three-car garages. Prices range from $158,450 to $200,450. Plan One is a single-story, three-bedroom and two-bath home measuring 1,383 square feet. Measuring either 1,569 or 1,718 square feet, Plan Two includes three or four bedrooms, a den option, two baths, and a two-car garage. The two-story Plan Three features four bedrooms, three baths and bonus room in three elevations that measure 2,442 square feet. Another elevation measures 2,046 square feet and features four bedrooms and three baths. The fourth plan includes three bedrooms, a den, bonus room and two or 2 1/2 baths in 2,422 square feet. It also is available with four bedrooms and three baths. Standard features include staircases with oak handrails with white pickets, laminate kitchen counter tops, recessed-panel oak cabinetry with concealed hinges, pantries, and appliance packages.
