Presales offered at Sage Hills

Pulte Homes has begun presales at its Sage Hills townhome development in The Vistas village in Summerlin.

The single-story gated development features floor plans ranging from 1,251 to 1,613 square feet and priced from $205,990 to $226,990.

Designs include two and three bedrooms with den and fourth bedroom options and attached two-car garages.

The interiors feature two-tone color schemes, ceramic-tile floors, rounded corners, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, mirrored closet doors in some plans, and cultured-marble vanity tops in baths, and laundry room cabinets.

Each kitchen includes a range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, raised-panel cabinets, counter tops and under-cabinet lighting.

Other features include a security system with one free year of monitoring service, prewiring for surround-sound in the great room and high-speed Internet access, garage door opener, and covered rear patios.

"Many of the features that our customers had to option in the past are now included in the base price of the home," sales manager Todd Hahn said. "Since they are included in all of our Sage Hills townhomes, they become more affordable."

The community also offers maintenance-free front-yard landscaping, a pool, spa and workout facility.

In addition to receiving the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star seal for exceeding energy-efficiency standards by at least 30 percent, the homes have the Environments for Living certification and a two-year heating and cooling guarantee.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Drive, go west to Carriage Hill Drive, turn south to Park Vista Drive and turn east.

The sales office is open from noon to 7 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Pulte Homes currently has nine developments under way in Southern Nevada.
