Toll Bros. begins sales at Toscana

Toll Bros. has begun sales at Toscana, a new neighborhood located at the intersection of Farm Road and Tenaya Way in the northwestern valley.

"Northwest Las Vegas has become the place to live for families," company executive Gary Mayo said.

"This area truly offers the best of both worlds with downtown and the Strip close by and a beautiful desert setting to come home to at the end of the day. It's not surprising that Northwest Las Vegas has grown considerably and is continuing to develop into such a prestigious area."

The neighborhood includes 120 half-acre and larger home sites. Four one- and two-story floor plans are offered -- Milano, Portofino, Sorrento and Villa D'Este -- and they range from 3,337 to 4,641 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$300,000s.

"The four Toscana floor plans are distinctive to this community," Mayo said. "They are spacious and elegant, reflecting the quiet beauty of the surrounding desert and mountains -- an ideal family community."

Homes feature Mediterranean-style architecture, side-entry three- or four-car garages, master suites with spa tubs, and optional casitas.

Plans for the gated neighborhood include a 2-acre park with a gazebo, tennis court and playground.

Three floor plans will be modeled and are scheduled to open in early 2003.

A sales trailer is open at the construction site from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Toll Bros. is celebrating its 35th anniversary in home building and has more than 170 active neighborhoods in 22 states.
