Sun City Anthem features quick move-ins

Several homes are available for immediate move-in at Sun City Anthem, an age-qualified community in Henderson.

"One of the primary advantages of purchasing an inventory home is that a team of professional designers have preselected upgrades with the individual house in mind," sales manager Jim Bond said. "There are significant financial incentives if the buyer uses Del Webb Mortgage as the lender."

Buyers can choose from 19 models, including the Colonial, a two-bedroom, two-car-garage home measuring 1,802 square feet. The home is part of the Premier series, and has a Nevada room, a utility room, covered patio and golf cart storage area. It is priced at $223,600.

Four additional home series, Classics, Cottage, Casuals and Estates, are available at the community. The single-family floor plans range from 1,080 to 3,009 square feet and are priced from the mid-$140,000s to more than $500,000.

The community features two golf courses and the Anthem Center, which offers a place for special events and club meetings, as well as a fitness center with exercise equipment, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, walking tracks and wellness programs.

Trumpets Restaurant, which is open to the public, is also at the center.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, to Anthem Parkway, turn left and proceed to Alexandria Drive. Models are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily.
