Pulte's Vialetto attracts buyers
Alan and Chong-suk Leszczynski said Pulte Homes' reputation for building quality homes and its customer service influenced their decision to purchase their first home in the Vialetto neighborhood in the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas. "We spoke to several people who own Pulte homes, and they had nothing but good things to say about the builder. We also really liked the Aliante community, particularly the style of homes offered in Vialetto, in addition to all of the amenities the community offers," Alan Leszczynski said. "Our (two) sons really enjoy the dinosaur dig area at the Nature Discovery Park. It's important for us to spend quality time with our children and the parks are perfect for that." They selected a single-story 1640 plan that features a great room and master bedroom with a bay window and walk-in closet. "My wife and I were impressed with the amount of standard features that are included in Pulte homes, including six-panel doors, 9-foot ceilings and the technology features ...," Leszczynski said. They also were drawn to the builder's energy-efficiency standards and its three-year guarantee on heating and cooling costs. "As a young family, it was very important for us to purchase a home that would provide value for our money," he said. "Pulte's commitment to energy efficiency, including their low-e windows and cocoon insulation, was a definite plus for us." Vialetto offers single- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,520 to 2,284 square feet. They are priced from $206,990 to $242,990. The builder also offers Serenata at Aliante. It features single- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,881 to 2,665 square feet. They are priced from $228,990 to $268,990. Homes in both neighborhoods feature the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living technology and are Energy Star certified. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway, exit east to Sky Pointe Drive and turn right. Turn right at Frontage Road, then left onto Interstate 215. Exit at Aliante Parkway and go south. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
