Anthem Country Club models available

All 12 model homes at Anthem Country Club in Henderson will be released for sale today at 10 a.m.

The resort-style, guard-gated community is part of Del Webb's Anthem master-planned community in Henderson and located in the foothills of Black Mountain.

"The opportunity to own a home at Anthem Country Club is quickly coming to a close," senior sales manager Jeb Koury said. "These models are in a prime location. We expect a lot of interest in them."

Part of the model village built two years ago, each home was decorated by a professional interior design firm.

"The models will be sold including all furnishings, appliances and upgrades. Because these are models, they all have a lot of optional features included," Koury said. "These homes have everything you could desire in a new home. They are so complete, just bring your clothes and toothbrush and you're set."

Features include built-in bookcases and shelving, crown molding and wood paneling. Some models have coffered ceilings; audio, video and security systems; game rooms; and theaters. Three models have casitas.

"Extras include upgraded appliances, window coverings, elaborate landscaping, and in some cases, swimming pools, spas or water features," Koury said.

The models, representing three home collections, measure from 1,900 to nearly 6,000 square feet. They are priced from the mid-$500,000s to $1.5 million and will be available for occupancy in January.

In addition to the models, several inventory homes remain in the Meridian Collection that can be moved into within the next 30 to 90 days. Prices start from the $400,000s.

Community amenities include a 7,300-yard, par-72 championship golf course.

Each home includes social membership at the country club; equity golf memberships also are available.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
