-- Paragon Pools named Sean Vail to be the MIS/CAD systems manager for the company. His responsibilities include computer aided design and engineering, and maintaining management information systems.

-- NAI Horizon named Cathy Jones as an agent, specializing in commercial real estate investments. Previously, Jones was the president of Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., and chief financial officer for Nevada Title Co.
