Model homes debut at Tierra Mesa

Model homes will open next Saturday at the grand opening of Richmond American's Tierra Mesa neighborhood in the northeastern valley.

The celebration starts at 10 a.m. and will include refreshments.

There are three floor plans, each with a one-car garage.

The single-story Alta Vista measures 555 square feet with one bedroom and one bath. The home has a kitchen nook and a great room. The residence is priced from the low $90,000s.

At 1,146 square feet, the two-story Buena Vista model is priced from the $110,000s. It features two bedrooms and two baths, all of which are located on the second level. The master bedroom features a Roman tub, while the second bedroom includes a walk-in closet. A downstairs powder room is optional.

The largest plan is the Chula Vista, a 1,308-square-foot home in a two-story design. With three bedrooms and two baths upstairs, the first level features a great room, nook, and a tech area that can be used as a home office or converted to an optional powder room. The price starts from the $120,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Boulevard, head east to Bonnie Lane and go north. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday and Friday, when they open at noon.
