-- TWC Construction appointed Natalie Evans to be project engineer. Previously, she was project manager with a local masonry company. Evans assists with the management of construction and tenant improvement projects. The company also appointed Jack Bradshaw, Louis Roth, Joseph Delore and Ed Jenkins to be project superintendents, responsible for supervising project subcontractors in the field.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Randy Broadhead represented Howard Hughes Properties in its five-year lease of 12,264 square feet at 1211 Town Center Drive, Suites 190 and 200, to the Department of Energy for $1.2 million. In another transaction, Brad Peterson represented Russell Professional Center in the five-year lease of 2,325 square feet at 8925 W. Russell Road to Annalee S. Kruyer for $270,000. Peterson also represented D.I.B. in the five-year lease of 5,000 square feet at 6230 W. Desert Inn Road to Orion Financial Services for $570,000. Jayne Cayton represented Shops on the Green in the five-year lease of 6,686 square feet at 2225 Village Walk Drive, Suite 260, to Red Bull North America for $1 million. Cayton also represented Cisco Systems in a 1 1/2-year lease of 1,659 square feet at 3773 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 120, from 3773 HHP for $76,000. In another transaction, Cayton represented Lincoln National Life Insurance Co. in a four-year lease of 3,201 square feet at 1120 Town Center Drive, Suite 160, to Oakhill Mortgage for $278,000. Donna Alderson and Greg Tassi represented Scott and Michelle Jewett in a five-year lease of 3,200 square feet at 4050 W. Harmon Ave. from Harsch Investment Properties for $250,000.

-- Shawn Barashy of Lee and Associates represented Irene Cockrell in the sale of 2.47 acres at 3500 Coran Lane to Quirk Co. for $409,000.
