Henderson: Sales robust at Anthem Highlands

Homes sales are on the fast track at Anthem Highlands, where 369 residences have been sold since its grand opening in September 2003. The community is located within the Anthem master plan in Henderson.

"We've doubled the amount of sales that we anticipated for the first year," said Lindsay Motley, general sales manager for Pulte Homes. All of the homes in Anthem Highlands are Energy Star certified for energy efficiency. Additionally, they feature Environments For Living technology which provides a three-year heating and cooling energy-use guarantee.

Five collections of homes are available at Anthem Highlands, where some residences are available for immediate move-ins.

The Dunbar Collection offers three two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,629 to 1,923 square feet and priced from the mid-$400,000s.

The Buchanan Collection features four single-story designs, measuring from 1,580 to 1,900 square feet and priced from the mid-$400,000s.

The Sinclair Collection comprises one single- and three two-story plans, ranging from 1,900 to 2,804 square feet and priced from the low $500,000s.

The Lochwood Collection includes four single-story designs, which measure from 1,976 to 2,655 square feet and are priced from the high $500,000s.

Five single- and two-story residences are available in the Stonehaven Collection. They range from 2,843 to 3,483 square feet and are priced from the high $600,000s. Artificial turf is standard in the front yard.

The collection offers the Certified Master Chef Gustav Mauler's Seal of Approval kitchen upgrade package. Included are stainless steel appliances such as a wall-mounted hood; professional cook top with gas burner and grill; built-in microwave with speed-cook technology; double convection oven; a warming drawer; built-in refrigerator with dispenser; dishwasher; and a wine chiller.

Anthem Highlands, a 400-acre community, will comprise about 1,500 homes.

To visit, take Interstate 215 east to Eastern Avenue, turn right and proceed to Anthem Parkway. Bear left on Anthem Parkway, then drive six miles to Bicentennial Road and turn left. Go to Anthem Highlands Drive and turn left.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
