Las Brisas offers dual suite format

The Las Brisas condominium complex is attracting buyers for many reasons, according to sales agent Tom Gerken.
"Along with affordable prices and attractive financing, the design of the homes at Las Brisas is ... convenient," Gerken said. "As an example, through designing these homes with dual master suites, homeowners are provided with a much higher level of privacy, whether the second master suite is being used by a family member, guest or roommate.
"This design also provides better `circulation' in the home, as the two masters are well separated and each of them opens onto the major living area," he said. "Another nice aspect of these condominiums is there are two separate doors leading to the patios and decks."
The development offers a single-story floor plan with two bedrooms and two baths in 1,079 square feet.
Prices range from $82,990 to $89,490.
Gerken said financing options enable qualified buyers to own a two-bedroom, two-bath home for $830 down and a monthly payment of $782.
"That kind of value is making homeownership irresistible for former renters," Gerken said.
An appliance package, window coverings and a gas fireplace are included in all homes.
Recreational amenities include a pool, spa, 1,700-square-foot clubhouse, green belts, and a barbecue area with a shade structure. The clubhouse includes a kitchen, lounge, restrooms, offices and a mail center.
The complex features Mediterranean-style architecture with concrete-tile roofs, and covered patios and balconies.
Condominiums equipped for handicap access are scheduled for completion this fall.
The development is being built by Terra West Homes.
To visit, take Sahara Avenue east, past Lamb Boulevard, and follow the signs.
The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
