     Former Colorado resident Beverly Strouse says the lifestyle she found at Canyon Willow Tropicana suits her perfectly.
      "I don't miss the snow and cold at all," she said during her daily workout in the development's fitness center.       Beverly Strouse and her husband Greg began looking for a home in Las Vegas last February.

      Canyon Willow Builders Trop LLC is the builder of this gated complex. Floor plans range from a one-bedroom, one-bath plan to a home with as many as three bedrooms and two baths. They measure 695 to 1,228 square feet.
      Prices range from the $60,000s to the $90,000s. Opportunities for move-ins within 30-days are available on select models. Qualified buyers may have a total move-in cost of $845 and a monthly payment of $783.
