Kaufman and Broad helps buyers personalize homes

     Home buyers can select floor plan modifications, options and upgrades to personalize their new home at Kaufman and Broad's two neighborhoods in northwest Las Vegas.
      At Canyon Springs and Canyon Pointe, one- and two-story homes are offered with floor plan modifications and hundreds of personalizing options and upgrade choices.
      Prices range from the low $100,000s to the low $130,000s.
      The neighborhoods offer landscaped greenbelt areas and two parks.
      Canyon Springs offers seven single- and two-story floor plans with 924 to 1,908 square feet and as many as four bedrooms. Features include country kitchens with walk-in pantries and optional bonus rooms.
      Six floor plans at Canyon Pointe measure from 1,139 to 2,068 square feet. The single- and two-story homes have three to five bedrooms and optional bonus rooms.
      To visit both neighborhoods, take U.S. Highway 95 north, take the Durango exit and follow the signs. The sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
      Home buyers can select their options and upgrades at the Kaufman and Broad New Home Showroom, where shoppers are invited to learn about the available options and gather financial information.
      Appointments can be made with a financial consultant who will provide mortgage information, a free credit report and a pre-qualification review.
      To visit the showroom, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road, go west to Industrial, and then go north to 7440 Industrial Road, Suite 201.
      The showroom is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
