Perma-Bilt sales exec calls Timberline `nice surprise'
More than two dozen homes have been sold since early June at Perma-Bilt Homes' Timberline neighborhood in the Shadow Hills planned community, according to Ruth Ochoa, vice president of sales and marketing.
"Timberline is a nice surprise for those looking for a larger home," Ochoa said.
The four floor plans, which range from 2,895 to 3,883 square feet, offer options for casitas, home offices, dens and extra bedrooms. The homes also include such features as 12 exterior designs, including some with rock trim, wood shutters and wrought-iron detailing. Courtyards and split-garage designs are also available.
Prices start from $220,000.
The Bishop, a 2,895-square-foot floor plan, offers a split three-car garage, five bedrooms, a loft or studio, 2 1/2 baths, and a kitchen with an adjoining family room. A den is optional.
The Torrey plan measures 3,536 square feet with a split three-car garage. It can be built with as many as six bedrooms and four baths.
A 3,706-square-foot home, the Ponderosa comes with five bedrooms, four baths and an optional office. Its kitchen has an island workstation, pantry and swinging door to the dining room. Upstairs, the home can include a computer center or a deck. It also includes a three-car garage.
The Monterey features seven bedrooms and four baths in 3,883 square feet. It has a curved staircase, an island kitchen with a pantry and adjoining family room, a fireplace and a laundry room. The home can be built with an optional deck.
Residents will have access to the Shadow Hills Club, which will feature an exercise room, lap pool, swimming pool, spa and clubhouse. The clubhouse will offer a kitchen, party room, big-screen television, saunas, a basketball court, putting green and barbecue areas. Completion is scheduled for December.
To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue and head west. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
