      The single- and two-story designs at Fallbrook range from 1,139 to 1,664 square feet. Six floor plans feature three bedrooms and a bonus room option starting from $118,590.
      Brookfield offers three floor plans ranging from 1,506 to 2,068 square feet with three to five bedrooms. One plan features a bedroom on the lower level. Pricing begins at $128,590.
      To visit these neighborhoods, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, go south to Banburry Cross Drive and turn right, then right again on Laurel Glen Drive.
      Both sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
      The company's new-home showroom offers hundreds of options, as well as a staff of consultants to help buyers in designing their homes. It is open to buyers at all of the builder's neighborhoods.
      To visit the showroom, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road, go west to Industrial Road and head north. The showroom is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
