Homes ready for move-ins at Cielo

     A two-story Plan Three home is ready for move-in at the Cielo neighborhood in the Eldorado planned community, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of Pardee Homes of Nevada.
      "Pardee is offering up to $4,000 worth of incentives in upgrades or options on a Plan Three home with a bonus room or fifth bedroom," Landry said.
      The floor plan also has three baths, a kitchen island workstation and a three-car garage.
      The one- and two-story homes at the neighborhood range from 2,407 to 3,006 square feet.
      Homes are priced from $159,950 to $188,950.
      Standard features include ceramic-tile or wood entry flooring, and cultured-marble counter tops in all baths. Owner suites provide walk-in closets, dual-sink vanities, enclosed toilets, and separate tubs and showers with ceramic-tile surrounds.
      Some kitchens offer ceramic-tile counter tops, appliance packages and pantries.
      The community, which features the 9-acre Eldorado Park, is located in North Las Vegas.
      To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, head west to Camino al Norte and proceed north to the entrance of Eldorado. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
