Seven Hills development hums along

Construction of new homes and community amenities continues at a rapid pace in the Seven Hills planned community in Henderson, according to representatives of Silver Canyon Partnership, developer of the community.
Buyers can tour 36 model homes and choose from 45 floor plans. Custom-home sites priced from $166,000 to $950,000 are also available.
The community features elevated and rolling terrain, which has enabled builders to offer home sites with views of the valley and the Rio Secco Golf Club. City parks, smaller neighborhood parks and trails provide residents with recreational opportunities.
Active neighborhoods include Riviera, Crescendo and Presidio by Pardee Homes; Villagio by Primack Homes; Monte Nero by Presley Homes; Palermo West and Capistrano by Kimball Hill Homes; Meridiana by The Helmer Co.; Palatine Hill by Capital Pacific Homes; the Venezia and Terracina custom-home neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership; Via Tivoli custom-home sites by Premier Homesites; and Corcovado Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.
Homes are priced from the low $120,000s to the $290,000s.
The 4.5-acre Puccini Park connects to a trail system and offers tennis, volleyball and basketball courts; a playground; and a picnic shelter.
The 4.5-acre Allegro Park features picnic areas, a baseball field, a playground and trail system.
Parks under construction include the 5.5-acre Vivaldi Park and 12-acre Sonata Park.
To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to the entrance of Seven Hills, which is west of Eastern Avenue. The sales pavilion is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
