Eleven homes remain for sale at Pageantry Communities' Sedona


     The Southwestern-style Sedona neighborhood has 11 homes remaining for sale, according to Don G. White, president of Pageantry Communities, the developer.
      Prices start from $150,990 to $174,990.
      The one- and two-story floor plans offer three or four bedrooms, two or three baths and a family room in 2,095 to 2,691 square feet. Design options allow for fifth and sixth bedrooms, dens, offices, hobby and craft rooms, as well as additional suites.
      Interiors feature ceramic-tile entries, archways, wall cutouts, plant shelves, rounded corners, art niches and media alcoves. Kitchens include pantries, a choice of counter surfaces, and a choice of cabinet finishes. Owner suites offer walk-in closets, cultured-marble vanities with dual sinks, hardwood cabinets, oval tubs and showers with ceramic-tile surrounds.
      Exteriors feature pot shelves, Spanish-style concrete roofing, block walls, front-yard landscaping and post-tension foundations. Each home comes with a 2 1/2- or three-car garage.
      To visit, take Interstate 515 to Horizon Drive, head east to Arrowhead Trail and turn right. Turn left on Cherry Drive. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
      Also in Henderson, the builder is developing the gated Montesol at La Entrada neighborhood. These homes are priced from $130,715. To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Gibson Road, head south to Las Palmas Entrada, go east and follow the signs. The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
