Model homes for sale at San Rafael
San Rafael in the southeastern valley has sold nearly all of its 147 home sites, prompting Coventry Homes to place the model homes up for sale.
"San Rafael has been tremendously successful, selling out nearly two years earlier than expected," sales manager R. Wayne Wermuth said. "There is a significant market for upscale homes with large lots, and this community meets those needs."
The neighborhood offers four models: Chateau Merlot, Chateau Alsace, Chateau Rhone and Chateau Burgundy. Each plan provides numerous design options.
Chateau Merlot, a single-story, 3,059-square-foot home, comes with three bedrooms, a home office and a three-car garage. Upgrades include a waterfall in the back yard and a casita.
The 3,588-square-foot Chateau Alsace is a single-story home with three bedrooms, a media room, home office, an exercise room and two-car garage. The model includes a pool with a waterfall, granite counter tops and maple cabinets.
Chateau Rhone, a two-story home measuring 3,883 square feet, offers four bedrooms, a bonus room and split four-car garage. It also includes a downstairs owner bedroom, casita, and granite floors and counter tops.
The two-story, 4,788-square-foot Chateau Burgundy plan features five bedrooms, a library, study, bonus room, four-car garage and rotunda entry. Features include a pool with a fountain, a casita, a courtyard with a fountain, granite counter tops and cherry wood cabinets.
The model homes are on cul-de-sac lots measuring more than half an acre.
"Not only does San Rafael offer exceptional floor plans and elevation options which are unique to our neighborhood, but these homes also represent nearly every upgrade offered in this community," Wermuth said.
Prices start from $480,000 to the mid-$670,000s.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road, go east to Las Vegas Boulevard and head south to Cactus Road. The models are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. except on Friday, when they are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Coventry is also building The Huntington in the southeastern valley, Serena in North Las Vegas and Anthem in Henderson.
