Capital Pacific's moonlight sale called success


     A recent Moonlight Sale Extravaganza at seven Capital Pacific Homes neighborhoods resulted in double-digit sales and the promise of one more promotion like it before the end of summer.
      "It was a complete success," Bart Sloan, vice president of sales, said. "We learned that there is a large group of people who preferred the convenience of coming out later in the evening during the summer months. And with the many incentives that are available during a sale like this, it makes the entire home-buying process much more enjoyable."
      The event offered evening shopping, with sales offices open until 10 p.m. Sloan said immediate move-ins were offered on select plans.
      "Many of the Express homes have complete appliance packages," he said. "When you add in the spa and pool packages, this really is one of the best deals that a home buyer could possibly find. It creates a very happy and festive atmosphere, because buyers are able to capitalize on a very competitive marketplace."
      Capital Pacific Homes communities include the following:
      Kew Gardens at Queensridge offers homes with 2,448 to 3,235 square feet and priced from the $270,000s. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Rampart Boulevard, head south and follow the signs.
      Altezza Estates has two homes ready for move in. Priced from $301,464, the 3,242-square-foot, two-story Cassandra features four bedrooms, a den and 4 1/2 baths. The 2,943-square-foot Trovare offers three bedrooms and a downstairs den for $272,940. To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Green Valley Parkway, go south to Paseo Verde Parkway, right on Palomino Village Drive, left on Mountain Ridge Drive, right on Sonic Terrace and right on Whispering Circle.
      Arbor Grove in Summerlin offers 1,139- to 1,680-square-foot homes priced from $119,990 to $144,990. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, turn left and head south at Banburry Cross Drive.
      Palatine Hill in Seven Hills features four plans with 2,039 to 3,165 square feet and priced from the $190,000s. Select plans include decks off the owner suite, three-car garages, granite counter tops, and a home office option. To visit, take Lake Mead Drive, travel west to the community's entrance, which is west of Eastern Avenue and follow the signs.
      Meritage Estates in Green Valley offers 3,029- to 3,878-square-foot homes priced from the $250,000s with as many as six bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Green Valley Parkway, go south to Paseo Verde Parkway, right on Palomino Village Drive, left on Mountain Ridge Drive, right on Sonic Terrace and right on Whispering Circle.
      Walnut Grove in the northeast valley offers homes with 1,273 to 1,787 square feet and prices starting at $101,990. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go east to Walnut Road and head south to Alexander Road.
      Crestmont in Sunridge offers 1,764- to 2,921-square-foot homes with prices starting at $142,990. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, past Lake Mead Drive, to Green Valley Parkway and turn left. Proceed to Sandy Ridge Avenue and follow the signs.
      Country Lane features 1,557- to 2,202-square-foot homes priced from $125,000. The neighborhood is on Michael Way between Cheyenne Avenue and Smoke Ranch Road.
      All sales offices and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
