Richmond debuts Ashley Ridge

Richmond American Homes celebrates a grand opening today at Ashley Ridge in the northwestern valley. Festivities start at 11 a.m. with the debut of seven models. Refreshments will be available.

All homes at the neighborhood are two story.

Jacquard is a two-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath design measuring 978 square feet. Priced from the $260,000s, the home includes a great room, breakfast bar in the kitchen, and covered entry.

Measuring 1,233 square feet, the Tartan has two bedrooms, a loft and 2 1/2 baths. Additionally, there is a great room and breakfast nook. The loft can be reconfigured into an optional bedroom. The home is priced from the $290,000s.
