Pulte driver finishes 10th in race

Race-car driver Travis Swalwell finished 10th out of 24 cars in NASCAR's Dodge Weekly Series Super Late Model division race last weekend at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The 19-year-old driver is co-sponsored by Pulte Homes and Buffalo Wild Wings.

Swalwell's family was among the first in the Las Vegas Valley to purchase a Pulte home, where they continue to live.

The builder recently offered 50 complimentary prize packs to visitors at two of its communities. The packs included four tickets to last Saturday's race.

Pulte is developing 21 neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley. They include Silverstone Ranch and Wyeth Ranch in the northwest area; Serenata, Treviso, Pavona and Salerno at Aliante in North Las Vegas; Miramonte, Escala, Palomar and Cordova in Summerlin; and Amber Ridge at Mission Hills and Anthem Highlands in Henderson.
