Residences' amenities draw buyers

Less than 100 suites remain in Tower C at The Residences at MGM Grand as the condominium-hotel's turnkey lifestyle is attracting many second- and vacation-home buyers.

Located on the northeast end of the hotel's 116-acre property, the high-rise development combines the exclusivity of condominium living with the premier amenities of MGM, creating one of the most sought-after residential lifestyle opportunities in Las Vegas, according to director of sales Dan Riordan.

"The brisk sales pace of this community is truly remarkable," he said. "People are seeking out the amenity rich, low-maintenance lifestyle available at The Residences."

Buyers can choose from studio to one- and two-bedroom suites priced from $650,000 to more than $2.5 million.

Each tower will include 24-hour front desk and concierge services, in-suite dining and a guarded security entrance into the property. Additional on-site amenities include fitness centers and exclusive swimming pool complexes.

Tower A is open, and construction continues on the second and third 40-story towers. The second tower is slated for completion at the end of the year and the third tower is on track for a mid-2007 completion.

A 6,000-square-foot sales and information office is from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily in MGM Grand's Studio Walk.
