Lamplight Estates releases new phase

Carina Corp.'s Lamplight Estates at Centennial Springs recently announced the release of its second phase of lots.
"We've taken the traditional neighborhood concept that has proven to be so popular in our Lamplight Village at Silverado Ranch community and expanded it," company President Mark Doppe said.
The neighborhood features tree-lined streets, and porches and gas lamps in front of each home.
"We add hundreds of trees to our neighborhoods," Doppe said. "There's just no substitute for the beauty of a lush, green environment."
The exteriors feature home designs with lap siding, brick trim, shutters, and contemporary stucco and tile or Tudor-style wood accents and stone trim.
Several optional amenities are offered at the neighborhood, including granite counter tops, commercial-grade gas ranges, built-in entertainment centers and basements.
"We know today's buyer wants large lot sizes, open floor plans and a choice of options such as wine cellars, wet bars and customized stone fireplaces," Doppe said. "We do everything possible to ensure home buyers build the house of their dreams."
Recreational amenities at the neighborhood include lighted tennis courts, parks, walking paths, picnic areas, playgrounds and a community center.
Floor plans range from 2,720 to 5,236 square feet with as many as five bedrooms.
All home sites measure a minimum of one-quarter acre.
Prices start from $239,950 to $319,950.
To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Tenaya Way then head north to Farm Road. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 1 p.m.
The builder is also offering homes at Lamplight Village, a neighborhood in the southeastern valley.
The company's Lamplight Village at Silverado Ranch has four homes remaining.
The 147-home gated neighborhood features a variety of architectural styles, including traditional, which features lap siding, brick trim and window shutters; contemporary stucco and tile; and Tudor, which includes exposed wood accents and stone trim. All homes have front porches and natural-gas street lamps.
Models range from 1,270 to 2,234 square feet with two to five bedrooms. Home prices start from $129,950 to $162,950.
To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, past Interstate 215, to Silverado Ranch Boulevard and head west. At Maryland Parkway, turn left, then left again at Pyle Avenue. The sales office is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 5:50 p.m., except Mondays, when it opens at 1 p.m.
