Standard amenities include concrete-tile roofs, front-yard landscaping with irrigation, block walls, and choice of exterior and interior colors.
The various interiors feature vaulted ceilings, plant shelves, rounded corners, cabinets in a choice of colors, owner baths with dual-sink vanities and garden tubs in some plans, walk-in closets, laundry rooms and prewiring for cable TV.
Each home comes with a 10-year warranty program.
