Sun City MacDonald Ranch nears buildout

Del Webb Corp.'s Sun City MacDonald Ranch has fewer than 150 homes remaining for purchase, according to sales manager Bill Shepperd.
"We're anticipating home sales to be completed by the end of the year," Shepperd said. "Our community has been extremely popular, and after only 4 1/2 years selling homes in Sun City MacDonald Ranch, we're nearing completion. Our popularity has resulted in selling out nearly two years earlier than anticipated."
The age-restricted community offers nine models ranging from 1,020 to 2,014 square feet in three series: Classics, Premiers and Estates. All homes are one story with two-car garages.
In the Classics series, the Roseville includes a den, living and dining areas in 1,020 square feet; while the Tucson, a 1,130-square-foot home, features two bedrooms and two baths.
The Premiers series offers five model homes ranging from 1,261 to 1,674 square feet. Each features two bedrooms, two baths, living and dining areas, and a utility room.
Both Estates series homes come with two bedrooms and two baths, a den, dining area, living area, breakfast nook, utility room and covered patio. In addition, the 1,814-square-foot Terravita model includes a great room and the 2,014-square-foot Grand model includes a Nevada room.
To visit, take Green Valley Parkway south, past St. Rose Parkway, to Horizon Ridge Parkway and turn east.
