Exec: Glenhaven thrives at Southern Highlands
Home sales have thrived at Glenhaven at Southern Highlands by Greystone Homes since the models opened in March, according to sales agents. "I am very pleased with the overwhelming response we have received from the buyers. Our floor plans are very diverse and can accommodate a wide range of lifestyles. Buyers are especially interested in our `Everything's Included' program, which makes the buying process much less stressful," said Pam Banaszak, vice president of sales and marketing for the builder. Under the program, the homes include features such as prewiring for security, soft-water loops, laundry room cabinets and raised-panel doors. Four floor plans are available, ranging from 2,100 to about 3,000 square feet. Prices range from the low $190,000s to about $225,000. Standard amenities include dual-zoned heating and cooling systems, appliances, custom cabinets, gas fireplaces, walk-in closets, garden tubs, and sectional steel garage doors with windows. Optional features include a bunk room, an upper deck, a fitness room or a den. Southern Highlands provides residents with more than 40 acres of parks and more than 100 acres of open space, including hiking trails and interconnecting bicycle and jogging paths. To visit, take Interstate 15 south to the Lake Mead Drive exit, go north to The Villages at Southern Highlands' Sales Information Center, which is located at Robert Trent Jones Lane and Industrial Road. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
