Design options available at Torrey Pines Ranch

With 33 home sites measuring as large as one-half acre on cul-de-sacs, U.S. Home's Torrey Pines Ranch features 12 one- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 2,550 to more than 4,000 square feet. Prices start in the $260,000s in the northwestern valley neighborhood.

Eight of the designs are single-story, including the Camelback model. The 3,719-square-foot home can be expanded to more than 3,900 square feet with two to five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. The home is priced from $325,990.

Featuring a split design, the owner suite is on one side of the home with the other bedrooms on the opposite side, separated by the main living areas.

The owner suite offers access to the covered patio; an optional fireplace; dual walk-in closets; and a bath with double sinks, a seated vanity, and separate shower and tub.

The home's bedroom wing can include a shared bath and a full bath offering direct access to the back yard.

The kitchen, breakfast nook and family room create a great room area. The island kitchen features a breakfast bar, double ovens, gas cook top, walk-in pantry and an adjoining laundry room.

A covered front porch, pillars, a pony wall, a formal dining room, a study or optional bedroom, and a media shelf in the family room are also featured.

The builder provides flexibility in the designs by offering a variety of bedroom and den options, as well as expanding the square footage with second family rooms and bonus rooms.

All homes feature vaulted ceilings, ceramic-tile flooring in the entry, granite counter tops and pantry in the kitchen, cultured-marble vanity tops and color tile highlights in baths, and oak cabinets. Rocker light switches, two-tone exterior paint, arches, plant shelves and niches per plan, exterior carriage lights, and gas water heaters and furnaces are also included.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, travel east to Jones Boulevard, then go north to Azure Drive. Models are open from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11:30 a.m.
