Pulte builds on `exclusivity, amenities' of Lynbrook

Several factors draw buyers to planned communities, including the "exclusivity and amenities" they offer, according to Pulte Homes executive Joe Whatley.

"Lynbrook has taken this concept to a new level with its unique variety of landscaping features unlike any other in the valley," Whatley said. "With Lynbrook, homeowners receive all the benefits of master-plan living without any (L.I.D.) fees."

At Lynbrook, Pulte is developing Mill Creek, one of 10 neighborhoods being built there by a variety of builders. Amenities at the northwestern valley community include mountain views, mature landscaping, parks and recreation facilities.

There are five floor plans from which to choose at Mill Creek, where homes are priced from $201,990.

"Pulte has created a new level of living with Mill Creek by offering floor plans to fit the various lifestyles of today's home buyers with special features like spacious master suites, lofts and game rooms," Whatley said.

Two plans are single-story designs, ranging from 2,300 to 2,561 square feet with split bedroom designs. The two-story plans measure from 3,007 to 3,589 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms.

All homes feature the Environment for Living Gold Series Guarantee for increased savings on heating and cooling costs. Energy-efficient features include ground-mounted air-conditioning units and forced air gas heat, exterior walls with blown-in cellulose insulation with conditioned attic space, and 50-gallon water heaters.

Homes also feature category 5e rated phone and television wiring for high-speed data, front-yard landscaping, a covered patio, covered front porch and/or courtyard (per plan), stucco eaves, and prewiring for garage door opener and security system.

Additional items, per plan, include vaulted ceilings; art niches; ceramic-tile flooring at entry; light fixtures; and prewiring for cable, ceilings fans and phones.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Jones Boulevard, then go north about four miles to Farm Road and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

Pulte is also developing Diamond Creek, a neighborhood in the northwest area. Buyers can choose from five single- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,418 to 2,284 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$150,000s. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, and exit east. Proceed to Jones Boulevard, head north to Elkhorn Road and turn right.

Visitors to any Pulte neighborhood today through Aug. 19 can register for the the builder's Dream Home Sweepstakes. One winner will have the opportunity to select a home of their choice ($250,000 toward a home) from any of Pulte's more than 400 neighborhoods nationwide. The winner will be announced in late September.
