Rhodes Ranch builders keep pace with demand

Every day, Rhodes Ranch grows a little bit more. With the number of new-home buyers increasing at the southwestern valley community, builders are working to keep pace with the demand.

"Rhodes Ranch is very popular with new-home buyers ...," marketing manager Tawnya Rosenthal said. "Our home builders are working hard to keep up with the strength in new-home sales at our premier new-home community.

"The upscale entry, the beautiful golf course, the tropical water features -- they are what Rhodes Ranch is all about. Because our community is unlike any other in Las Vegas, the popularity is not surprising."

Rhodes Ranch features six neighborhoods, and homes that measure from 1,260 to 4,886 square feet. The homes are priced from the mid-$100,000s.

Among the builders is Rhodes Homes, which is developing The Champions, The Lakes and The Links neighborhoods.

Homes at The Links range from 1,260 to 2,130 square feet and are priced from the mid-$100,000s. The Lakes offers three models, measuring from 1,678 to 2,893 square feet, and starting from the high $100,000s. The Champions features golf-course homes ranging from 2,055 to 4,210 square feet and priced from the high $300,000s.

Summerchase by Desert Oak Homes has residences ranging from 2,094 to 4,886 square feet that are priced from the low $200,000s.

KB Home has only its model homes available at the Montrose neighborhood. The homes measure from 1,564 to 2,972 square feet and are priced from the mid-$100,000s. The builder also has a limited number of golf-course homes available in the Rhodes Ranch Diamond Collection. Those homes range from 2,531 to 3,760 square feet and are priced in the $400,000s.

Rhodes Ranch is located just south of the intersection of Durango Drive and Interstate 215.

All sales offices and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
