Rhodes offers pre-opening prices at The Falls

Rhodes Home is offering pre-grand opening prices at its new condominium development, The Falls at Rhodes Ranch in the southwest.

"We are busy with home buyers taking advantage of the substantial pre-opening values at The Falls. That's because it is cheaper to buy a home here than rent anywhere else in the area," sales agent Jacqueline Jansen said.

Four first- and second-floor models are available.

The Angel Falls model features one bedroom and one bath and measures from 842 to 887 square feet. It is priced in the low $90,000s.

The Hidden Falls design measures from 891 to 936 square and features two bedrooms and two baths. It is priced in the mid-$90,000s.

With two bedrooms and two baths, the Rainbow Falls plan measures from 941 to 973 square feet and is priced in the high $90,000s.

Sunset Falls features three bedrooms, or two bedrooms and a den, and two baths. Ranging from 1,186 to 1,232 square feet, it is priced in the mid-$110,000s.

Jansen said home buyers appreciate the development's planned amenities.

"Some of the resort-style amenities planned for the tropical-style community are a large pool area with resort-style cabanas, a large fitness center, and a state-of-the-art computing facility. This is going to look more like a resort on The Strip instead of a community in southwest Las Vegas," she said.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, go south to Warm Springs Road, turn west and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
