Vistana offers `world-class' resort lifestyle
Residents of Vistana at Rhodes Ranch, a condominium development in the southwestern valley, enjoy a resort lifestyle, according to sales agent Brent Simmons. "Our home buyers purchase more than just their own home at Vistana, they buy part of their own resort," Simmons said. "We have refreshing pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a lush entry that would be the hallmark of any world-class resort." A spa is also featured, and a third water amenity is planned for the complex's last phase. Qualified buyers may purchase a condominium for a relatively low down payment, according to Simmons. "Try buying a piece of a Strip resort for a $1,000 down," he said. "At Vistana you get the world-class resort feel at an affordable price. However, the opportunity to own a piece of the Vistana resort is quickly coming to a close. We're in our final phase and homes are going fast." Nine floor plans are available, ranging from 670 to 1,413 square feet with one to three bedrooms and one or two baths. Prices start from the mid-$70,000s to the $130,000s. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive and exit south. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
