Christopher Homes' custom division active valleywide

Christopher Homes has continued to maintain its position as a leading builder of luxury homes with 25 custom residences under way throughout the valley, according to sales agent Patty Jones. She said the company is active in building custom homes in communities such as Lake Las Vegas, Summerlin, Southern Highlands Golf Club, Seven Hills, Anthem and MacDonald Highlands.

"We are particularly gratified by the number of repeat and referral custom-home clients we are seeing. Our success is based on our strong in-house architectural and design resources, our highly knowledgeable custom-home staff, and a 100 percent focus on making the entire custom-home building process an exciting and rewarding experience for our clients," Jones said.

"Christopher Homes has the expertise needed to take a client's vision for a dream home and transform that vision into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Our team is familiar with every conceivable aspect of designing and building a custom home and we offer the most sought-after features in luxury-home building such as basements, elevators, detached casitas, wine cellars, fireside courtyards and a complete range of other options," she said.

"As an added advantage, our clients have the assurance of knowing that every aspect of designing and building their custom home is being handled in one location. Our services encompass every conceivable aspect of building a custom home -- from choosing the appropriate home site right through the design process, construction and delivery."

The company has a few custom residences available for sale, including a 4,784-square-foot design at Barcelona, a neighborhood within the guard-gated SouthShore community at Lake Las Vegas Resort. It also offers a great room with built-ins, a fireplace and wet bar; an island kitchen with a wraparound breakfast bar, cherry cabinetry, granite counter tops and upgraded appliances; and a master suite with a three-sided fireplace, sitting area and exercise room.

The other home is priced at $1.529 million and offers four bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, a home office, fireplaces in the family and living rooms and master suite, wet bar, marble flooring, cherry cabinetry, island kitchen with granite surfaces and pantry, and stainless-steel appliances. The 5,243-square-foot design offers golf course, city and mountain views, and includes complete landscaping, a pool and spa, and a covered patio and balcony.
