Realtors maintain commercial alliance

The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors' Commercial Alliance Las Vegas was designed to better serve its membership, as well as the public, according to Lisa Cooper, president of the association's Commercial Investment Division.

"(It) provides commercial real estate agents and brokers with more efficient information management and rapid communication tools," Cooper said. "This is a ... research resource that has the ability to expand with the growth of Las Vegas."

Property information can be accessed by logging on to www.CALasVegas.com. Services include: information and tracking on leased and sold properties; customized property search results; search results plotted on a map; custom maps; property reports that are updated daily; personalized or company home pages linked to properties stored in the database; and the ability to reach the public through the association.

The association is the local affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
