Rhodes Ranch offers choice of builders

Rhodes Ranch in the southwestern valley features six neighborhoods constructed around a golf course. Built by Rhodes Homes, KB Home and Desert Oak Homes, the available floor plans measure from 1,260 to 4,886 square feet and are priced from the mid-$100,000s.

"Rhodes Ranch has the best new home designs by some of the best home builders in Las Vegas. It's one stop shopping for your next upscale home," said Tawnya Rosenthal, marketing manager for the community.

"Rhodes Ranch is the only place in Las Vegas to find a golf course community home priced from the mid-$100,000s."

Rhodes Homes is offering three neighborhoods within the community. The Links features homes ranging from 1,260 to 2,130 square feet and priced from the mid-$100,000s. The Lakes offers three models measuring from 1,678 to 2,893 square feet and priced from the high $100,000s. The Champions offers golf course homes ranging from 2,055 to 4,210 square feet and priced from the high $300,000s.

KB Home has only the model homes available at its Montrose neighborhood. They range from 1,564 to 2,972 square feet and are priced from the mid-$100,000s. The builder also has a limited number of golf course homes available in the Rhodes Ranch Diamond Collection. These homes measure from 2,531 to 3,760 square feet and are priced in the $400,000s.

Summerchase by Desert Oak Homes offers residences ranging from 2,094 to 4,886 square feet that are priced from the low $200,000s.

Rhodes Ranch is located just south of the intersection of Durango Drive and Interstate 215.

All sales offices and model home complexes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
