Homes ready for move-in at Pulte's Echo Ridge

Echo Ridge, an all single-story neighborhood located in Summerlin's Ridgebrook Village, is offering incentives towards the purchase of select homes available for immediate move-in.

"The incentives can be tailored for each home buyer, such as closing costs, lower rates, options, upgrades, depending on the buyers needs," Todd Hahn, sales manager, said. "Home buyers are encouraged to visit the community and discuss with the sales agents what fits best for them."

The neighborhood contains five floor plans, measuring from 1,657 to 2,486 square feet. Features, per plan, include courtyards, 9-foot ceilings and rotunda entry ways. Prices range from $231,990 to $276,990.

One plan ready for move-in measures 2,486 square feet with three bedrooms plus a den, granite kitchen counter tops, maple cabinets with crown molding, and upgraded tile and carpet. It is priced at $306,005.

A 2,101-square-foot plan features three bedrooms plus a den, stone accent elevation, bay window in the master suite, hickory cabinets with crown molding, solid-surface counter tops with integrated sink, and upgraded tile and carpet. It is priced at $312,685.

The homes also feature the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology, and are recognized as Energy Star homes by the Environmental Protection Agency. Each home includes a two-year heating and cooling guarantee.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Town Center Drive, go north to Desert Inn Road, turn left and follow the signs. The sales office is open from noon to 7 p.m. Monday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Pulte Homes is currently developing nine neighborhoods in Southern Nevada. Silverstone Ranch is coming soon to the northwest.
