PARDEE HOMES: Fall move-ins slated at Renaissance

Several properties will be ready for move-in this fall at Renaissance, a gated neighborhood of terraced home sites that Pardee Homes is developing in the Seven Hills community. Each of the soon-to-be-ready homes overlooks the neighboring Rio Secco Golf Club.

Five single- and two-story floor plans are available, offering from 2,726 to 4,620 square feet.

Homes are priced from $292,250 to $385,250.

Each home features the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label for energy efficiency.

Seven Hills is located in the foothills of Black Mountain in Henderson. The 1,300-acre community features several neighborhood parks, as well as four city parks, and miles of trails and walkways.

To tour the models at Renaissance, take Eastern Avenue south to Grand Hills Drive, turn right and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
