Energy Star package included at Fontana
Fontana is one of three neighborhoods open for sales in Eldorado Highlands, a development within the Eldorado community in North Las Vegas. The elevated home sites are located near parks and schools, according to Rob Tuvell, sales director. "With elevated locations close to Seastrand Park and Cram Middle School, you can't beat Fontana for a top quality family lifestyle at the top of the Las Vegas Valley," Tuvell said. "It's another great part of the Eldorado experience." Seastrand Park offers soccer, basketball, tennis and baseball facilities; picnic areas; playgrounds; and walking trails on 23 acres. The community also features an elementary school, Eldorado Park, as well as a fire station. All homes in Fontana are Energy Star-certified. "Fontana families enjoy the benefits of the included Energy Star package that exceeds national energy standards," Tuvell said. "With high-performance windows, engineered heating and cooling systems, and tightly sealed air ducts, this program is designed to increase a home's energy efficiency by at least 30 percent." Buyers can choose from four floor plans. The single-story Plan One includes three bedrooms, two baths, a family room and two-car garage, and options such as a nursery off the master suite or two master suites. There is also an option for a three-car garage. The home can be built with 1,594 to 1,827 square feet and is priced from $177,450 and $188,450. Plan Two is a single-story residence measuring 1,979 square feet. It includes three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage, with an optional fourth bedroom, den or dining room. The home is priced from $200,950. At 2,349 square feet, Plan Three is a two-story design with three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, and three baths. A two- or three-car garage is available. It is priced from $208,450. Priced from $219,950, the two-story Plan Four offers four bedrooms and three baths in 2,459 square feet. A three-car garage is standard. Another design measures 2,712 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, while another version offers 2,931 square feet with as many as six bedrooms. The model park also showcases floor plans at Talavera and Mandevilla. To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and proceed north to the community's entrance. The model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m. Pardee has built more than 25,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
