Ryland reports buyers like South Mountain
Ryland Homes is reporting strong sales at its new South Mountain community in the southwestern valley. Nineteen floor plans are available among five neighborhoods: Treo North, Treo South, Vicanto, Talasera and Aviano. Priced from the high $100,000s to the high $200,000s, each Treo neighborhood offers four two-story designs ranging from 1,174 to 1,879 square feet. They have two or three bedrooms and as many as 2 1/2 baths. Homes will have one- or two-car garages. Additionally, the neighborhood will have a park and swimming pool. Vicanto features four two-story designs ranging from 1,611 to 2,208 square feet. Designs have two to four bedrooms, from 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths, and a two-car garage. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s. One- and two-story designs are available in Talasera, where floor plans measure from 1,756 to 3,002 square feet. Homes have two to four bedrooms, two to three baths, and two- or three-car garages. They are priced from the high $200,000s. Aviano features the largest designs. A single-story home measures 2,523 square feet and offers three bedrooms. Two two-story designs measure 3,418 and 4,252 square feet and have as many as five bedrooms and three to 4 1/2 baths. Two plans have a three-car garage, while the largest offers a four-car garage. Homes are priced from the low $400,000s. The builder's TrueU design program allows buyers to customize their homes. To visit the sales center, located at 6741 Firewood Drive, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, go south to Arby Avenue, turn west to Fort Apache Road then follow the signs. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when the sales office opens at noon. |
