Help-U-Sell expands offices

The number of Help-U-Sell real estate franchises continues to grow in Southern Nevada. The reason, according to broker Alison Reggie, is the company's fee-for-service policy which allows clients to pay only for the services they use.

The agency markets the property, which includes advertising, a lock box and signage. The seller is asked to show his own property and is encouraged to conduct his own open houses.

"That's the only difference with our company," Reggie said. "Sellers simply participate in the sale to save money."

The seller remains responsible for paying the buyer's agent's commission.

Reggie's office, Help-U-Sell Integrity Real Estate on West Cheyenne Avenue, was one of four that recently opened.

"The reason I wanted to buy a Help-U-Sell franchise is I truly believe its time has come," she said, pointing out that she is often contacted by potential clients from outside Nevada.

"They've had such good experiences with Help-U-Sell in another state, so when they decide to move here, they want to be familiar with the company in Nevada."

Another benefit, Reggie said, is that the firm's agents represent properties only within assigned zip codes.

"Rather than a listing Realtor running from one end of town to another, Help-U-Sell listing agents only work particular zip codes. That simply provides much more ... efficient service to the client."

Other new offices in the northwestern valley are Help-U-Sell Full Service Real Estate on Rock Springs Drive, Help-U-Sell Real Estate Innovations on Park Run Drive and Help-U-Sell Real Estate Concepts on South Rainbow Boulevard.
