Alondra opens in northwest

Alondra is a new condominium development in the northwestern valley.

"With prices in the high $90,000s, a mortgage payment can be very comparable to renting an apartment," marketing executive Tawnya Rosenthal said.

Three floor plans are offered.

The Songbird design features one bedroom and one bath in 720 square feet. It is priced from the high $90,000s.

Two bedrooms and two baths are featured in the 1,121-square-foot Blue Jay plan. It is priced from the high $130,000s.

The Sparrow is a 1,253-square-foot three-bedroom design. It has two baths and is priced from the low $150,000s.

Development amenities include a pool and clubhouse with a fitness center.

To visit the sales office, located at 2451 N. Rainbow Blvd., take U.S. Highway 95 to Lake Mead Boulevard, exit east to Rainbow Boulevard and go north.

Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
