Amenities draw buyers to Club Aliante



Del Webb has attracted buyers to its guard-gated, all-ages Club Aliante community in North Las Vegas with its array of amenities.

"Club Aliante is to Aliante what Anthem Country Club is to Anthem," senior sales manager Jeb Koury said.

Among the highlights is the public Aliante Golf Club, a 6,900-yard course with 18 holes, three of which meander through the community.

Additionally, a 5,200-square-foot fitness/recreation center is planned. It will include locker rooms, an outdoor pool and spa, tennis and basketball courts, and a play area. It is set for completion in late spring next year.

Homeowners also have access to the Aliante master-planned community's amenities, including walking trails and the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park with its group picnic area, amphitheater, soccer fields, and tennis and volleyball courts. Schools and retail facilities are planned.

Five single- and two-story designs, each with a three-car garage and covered patio, are available.

The single-story Sagecrest measures 2,168 square feet and features a master suite on the opposite side of the home from two secondary bedrooms. Additionally, the home has two baths, a great room and dining room. It is priced from the $540,000s.

Measuring 2,576 square feet, the Amberly is a single-story design with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a study, family room, kitchen nook, and formal living and dining rooms. The plan is priced from the $560,000s.

Mesa Rose is a single-story design measuring 2,714 square feet. Highlights include three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, three baths, a family room, kitchen nook, and formal living and dining rooms. The home is priced from the low $600,000s.

Sunstone features a main-level master suite and three bedrooms on the second floor. Measuring 3,630 square feet and priced from the high $710,000s, the design also includes 4 1/2 baths, a loft or optional fifth bedroom, den, family room, living and dining rooms, and kitchen nook.

The largest design, the 3,665-square-foot Sandalwood, has four bedrooms, a den or optional fifth bedroom, four baths, formal living and dining rooms, a family room, and kitchen nook. It is priced from the $690,000s.

All homes include features such as 5-inch baseboards, hand-textured walls with rounded corners, two-tone paint, a fireplace, walk-in closet, separate shower and tub in the master suite, upgraded wiring, and a laundry room with built-in cabinets.

Additional features include a soft-water loop, reverse osmosis system, recirculating hot-water system, garage door openers, front-yard landscaping, finished drywall interior garages, and gas stub for a backyard barbecue.

All homes exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star requirements and use the Platinum level of the Environments for Living building technology. They offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee. Select communities offer 2X6 construction on exterior liveable walls.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit then go north. The sales center, located adjacent to the builder's Sun City Aliante's sales office, is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
