City Lights condos await buyers in northeast area

Three designs are offered at City Lights condominiums in the northeastern valley.

"Prices for our New York model start in the low $90,000s," marketing executive Tawnya Rosenthal said. "That compares very closely to what local residents are (paying) every month in rent."

All units have granite counter tops, storage, window blinds and oak cabinetry.

The one-bedroom, one-bath New York floor plan measures 776 square feet and offers a kitchen pantry.

Paris is a two-bedroom, two-bath design measuring 1,018 square feet. It is priced from the low $120,000s.

The largest offering is the 1,142-square-foot Milan. It has three bedrooms and two baths, and is priced from the low $140,000s.

Amenities include two pools and a spa.

To visit the sales office, located at 6800 E. Lake Mead Blvd., take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Boulevard and head east. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
